<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which includes an excellent electronic functional pattern that is not deformed in a production process, and is capable of utilizing properties of a substrate.SOLUTION: A printed electronic device includes an electronic functional pattern which is formed by applying a pattern of an electronic functional material to a substrate, and firing the applied pattern. The electronic functional pattern includes a nonlinear section which is formed of belt-like portions extended in different directions and connected with each other. A reinforcement pattern is a printed pattern which has an end edge extended along an end edge of the nonlinear section over a whole length of the nonlinear section on a surface, of the substrate, on which the electronic functional pattern is formed, in a state where the printed pattern comes into contact with the nonlinear section. The reinforcement pattern is formed of a material which has a linear expansion coefficient different from any of materials forming the substrate and the electronic functional pattern.</p> |
