<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection device of a green tire which can store the green tire while suppressing a deformation amount of the vicinity of a lower shoulder part which is liable to be locally largely deformed compared with a conventional device when temporarily storing the green tire in a laterally-laid state.SOLUTION: An annular side part placing part 6 having an inclined face inclined upwardly toward an external peripheral side, and an annular shoulder part placing part 7 continuously arranged at the external peripheral side of the side part placing part 6 are formed on an upper surface of a placing base 5. The shoulder part placing part 7 has an inclined face which is continuous to the inclined face of the side part placing part 6 and larger in an inclination angle than the inclined face of the side part placing part, or a curved face which is located at an upper part rather than a position in which the inclined face of the side part placing part 6 is extended to the external peripheral side. A lower side part g2 of a green tire G is placed at the side part placing part 6, a lower shoulder part g1 of the green tire G is placed at the shoulder part placing part 7, and the green tire G is stored in a laterally-laid state.</p> |
