<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twist brush achieving a higher bristle material density than a conventional double spiral type twist brush, and to provide a method for producing the same allowing even a person having little experience to produce the twist brush without trouble.SOLUTION: A twist brush holds bristle material between a plurality of twisted core wires. The bristle material is bent in a "U shape" or a "Vs shape", every one of the core wires is present in a trough portion of the bent bristle material, and the bent bristle material is fastened between the twisted core wires to form the twist brush. In particular, preferably, a bristle material configuration unit in which a plurality of pieces of bristle material are arranged in a prescribed width in a state that a bristle row is aligned and is linearly or zonally melted in an alignment direction of the bristle material is used as the bristle material, and a metal wire is bent in a U shape to form the core wires facing each other, and the metal wire is used as the core wire.</p> |
