The present invention relates to a drug conjugate comprising a cytotoxic drug conjugated to a c-Met specific human antibody. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a drug conjugate comprising a cytotoxic drug conjugated to a c-Met specific human antibody; a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment comprising the drug conjugate; and a cancer treatment method comprising a step in which the drug conjugate or pharmaceutical composition is administered to an individual.

1. An antibody-drug conjugate comprising a cytotoxic drug conjugated to a c-Met-specific human antibody, wherein the antibody comprises:
a heavy-chain variable region comprising: i) a heavy-chain CDR1 comprising amino acids having the sequence set forth SEQ ID NO: 1; ii) a heavy-chain CDR2 comprising amino acids having the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2; and iii) a heavy-chain CDR3 comprising amino acids having the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 3; and a light-chain variable region comprising: i) a light-chain CDR1 comprising amino acids having the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 4; ii) a light-chain CDR2 comprising amino acids having the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 5; and iii) a light-chain CDR3 comprising amino acids having the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6.
