<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a water/oil repellent comprising the following: a step in which perfluorinated alkyl acrylate monomer and acrylate monomer having a non-saturated double bond are added in dispersion solution having surfactant, and stirred for manufacturing a water repellent having fluoride; a step in which was is added in dispersion solution having surfactant, and stirred for manufacturing a wax water repellent; and a step in which the water repellent having fluoride and the wax water repellent are mixed. The water/oil repellent manufactured in the method of the present invention, which utilizes an acryl-based fluoride compound that has low-carbon fluoride with 6 or smaller carbon number, can be used as an eco-friendly water/oil repellent as an alternative for C8 fluoride-based water/oil repellents, because PFOA and PFOS, which are detected in the existing C8 water/oil repellents, are not detected, and because human safety can be improved to be on the order of 10 times as the half-life period of PFOA and PFOS in the human body can be reduced to 1/100.</p> |
