PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing pad-fastening pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet capable of tightly fastening a polishing pad.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a polishing pad-fastening pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a styrene-based or conjugated diene-based block copolymer, and terpene phenol resin as tackifier resin. The pressure-sensitive adhesive face exhibits a 180° peel strength of 30 N/20 mm or greater to a stainless steel plate.
