PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of improving suppression effect of power consumption while improving convenience of a user.SOLUTION: An image formation device includes: a scanner and print engine 5a, 5b which, by action of any one or both after operation input, perform process of copy function, scanner function, print function, or FAX function, being different functions; and an energy saving control part 9 which performs energy saving control to make the scanner and print engine 5a, 5b restore from energy saving mode. The energy saving control part 9, in a case where an input operation during energy saving mode is common to a plurality of functions, determines necessity of restoration of the scanner and print engine according to necessity of restoration in which setting is made according to input operation, even if an action that directly follows the operation input during energy saving mode is not known. |
