<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light quantity adjustment apparatus capable of driving a drive ring at a high speed while suppressing the enlargement of a unit of a diaphragm device.SOLUTION: The light quantity adjustment apparatus includes: a plurality of light quantity adjustment blades for adjusting the quantity of the light passing through a light passage opening; and a drive unit that is arranged around the light passage opening and rotates the plurality of light quantity adjustment blades. The drive unit includes a multiple annular member that is connected to the plurality of light quantity adjustment blades and has a combination of a plurality of annular members of different outer diameters. The drive unit changes the size of the light passage opening by interlock-rotating the plurality of annular members in mutually different directions and rotating the plurality of light quantity adjustment blades.</p> |
