<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-circuit voltage estimation device for precisely estimating voltage value on an open-circuit, a power storage device and a method of estimating open-circuit voltage.SOLUTION: The open-circuit voltage estimation device includes: an open-circuit voltage calculation unit that calculates a voltage value on an open-circuit of a secondary battery; a polarization voltage estimation unit that estimates a component which has a relatively large time-constant in plural polarization voltage components of the secondary battery; and an open-circuit voltage correction unit that corrects the open-circuit voltage value which is calculated by the open-circuit voltage calculation unit using a component which has a relatively large time-constant estimated by the polarization voltage estimation unit.</p> |
