Keyboard and Mouse of Handheld Digital Device

A keyboard and mouse of a handheld digital device comprises a keyboard and a simulated mouse. The keyboard comprises a plurality of side-keys and a main keyboard. The side-keys are located on the side(s) of the device, mainly used for controlling the inputs of the keys of the main keyboard, and operated by one hand. The main keyboard is mainly used for inputting characters and commands, and operated by another hand. The simulated mouse is simulated by a screen-touching finger or a touch pen. The left and right buttons of the simulated mouse are simulated respectively by the fingers clicking on the screen at the left and right of the simulating finger. The middle button of the simulated mouse is simulated by two fingers touching and sliding on the screen side by side or by one finger touching and sliding together with another touching and staying on the screen. And some of the side-keys can be reused as the left, right and middle simulated mouse buttons. A device with a touch pen can also simulate a mouse by cooperating with side keys and/or fingers.

1. A handheld digital device keyboard, comprising:
a) a main keyboard, having a key matrix with 1/2/3/4/5/6 row(s) and 4/5/6 columns, operated by one hand and b) a plurality of side-keys, configured on or at the side(s) and/or the back and/or the upper left corner of the front surface and/or the left of the top side and/or the right of the top side of the handheld digital device and/or the main keyboard, operated by the other hand which also holds the handheld digital device and/or the main keyboard at the same time and accordingly the fingers of which also usually press/touch some of the side-keys having two preferred methods of pressing/touching selected from a) releasing the finger corresponding to a target side-key in the first instance, and then at once pressing/touching back, and b) pressing or touching a target side-key by the corresponding finger with a larger force in the first instance, and then relaxing the finger into a naturally holding or pressing/touching state at once.
