Described herein are methods, pharmaceutical compositions and kits for treating cancer in a subject in need thereof by administering an effective amount of a composition comprising exosomes that comprise Fc receptors. In some embodiments, the exosomes in the pharmaceutical compositions described herein comprise Fc receptors including Fcgammal (CD64), Fcgamma2 (CD32), Fcgamma3 (CD16) or combinations thereof.
