A change rate-based method for controlling an energy storage power station in smoothing wind/light fluctuations, comprising the steps of: A, reading data and storing and managing the data; B, determining, on the basis of operating states and rated powers of a wind-powered generator and of a photovoltaic generator, a rate of change of limit signals of a dynamic slope limiter; C, calculating a wind/light power generation total power smoothing target value; D, calculating the total power demand of the energy storage power station on the basis of the wind/light power generation total power smoothing target value; and, E, outputting data. A corresponding system comprises: a communication module, a data storage and management module, a change rate limit calculation module, a dynamic slope limiter module, and a power distribution controller module. |
