An automobile body structure, wherein a cabin (11) made of a carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) formed in a bathtub shape is provided with an inverse U-shaped roll bar (20) that connects between the front parts of a left and right pair of side frames (15), and a left and right pair of roll bar support bars (21) that connect an upper part (20b) of the roll bar (20) to the rear part of the left and right pair of side frames (15). The rear part of a roof panel (23) and the front part of a tailgate panel (24) are supported on a mounting bracket (22) provided to the roll bar support bars (21), and modifying the front/rear position of the mounting bracket (22) therefore allows the rear end position of the roof panel (23) and the front end position of the tailgate panel (24) to be arbitrarily set, and also allows the roof panel (23) and the tailgate panel (24) to be securely supported. |
