<p>A manufacturing method of a light shield for curing frame adhesive, comprising the following steps: step 1, providing a transparent substrate (20); step 2, sequentially forming a metal layer (22) and a photoresist layer (24) on the transparent substrate (20); step 3, exposing the edge of the photoresist layer (24) to form a detectable mark (242); step 4, employing an edge exposure mode to expose the photoresist layer (24) according to a predetermined path, the predetermined path corresponding to the preset path of the frame adhesive of a liquid crystal display panel; step 5, removing the exposed photoresist layer (24) to reveal the metal layer (22); step 6, etching the revealed metal layer (22), and removing the unexposed photoresist layer (24); step 7, forming a transparent protection layer (26) on the metal layer (22) and the transparent substrate (20). An edge exposure mode is employed to expose a photoresist layer without requiring a special mask plate, thus effectively reducing the amount of preparation of mask plates, and production material costs.</p> |
