PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of hunting phenomenon where on/off of a power factor improvement section is switched continuously in a short time.SOLUTION: A power factor improvement control section (31g) controls a power factor improvement section (25) to be turned on when a parameter value related to an input current (Im) of the power factor improvement section (25) is equal to or above a first threshold, and controls the power factor improvement section to be turned off when the parameter value is equal to or under a second threshold, which is lower than the first threshold. During a predetermined time (Tg) after the power factor improvement section (25) is switched from on to off or from off to on, the power factor improvement control section (31g) maintains the state of the power factor improvement section (25) regardless of the parameter value. |
