PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a vehicle body member and a vehicle body structure in which adhesive effect by electrodeposition coating can be obtained.SOLUTION: By making a spot interval P wider than the prior art by spot welding and managing the spot interval P by spot welding, predetermined spaces can be provided between a panel member 54 and a panel member 56, and the panel member 56 and a panel member 58 respectively. An electrodeposition coating liquid can enter the spaces. As a result, the spaces between the panel member 54 and the panel member 56, and the panel member 56 and the panel member 58 are filled with an electrodeposition coating film (an electrodeposition coating film part).
