<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimum transmission power control on each of a periodic SRS and aperiodic SRS.SOLUTION: A mobile station device applied to a radio communication system which is configured by a base station device and mobile station device and in which the mobile station device transmits a first reference signal or second reference signal of a plurality of reference signals to the base station comprises: a reception unit 205 for receiving a first parameter used for transmission power control of the first reference signal and second parameter used for transmission power control of the second reference signal, where the parameters are set in the base station device; an upper layer processing unit 201 for performing the transmission power control of the first reference signal by using the first parameter and performing the transmission power control of the second reference signal by using the second parameter; and a transmission unit 207 for transmitting the first reference signal and/or second reference signal on which the transmission power control is performed, to the base station device.</p> |
