<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieve of a structure which, in sieving flour, is capable of crushing a lump of granular flour and sieving with other flour, which, in filtering dough, is capable of grinding down a lump of flour inside and filtering with the dough, and which scatters no flour nor dough around, excels work efficiency, and facilitates cleaning.SOLUTION: The rotary sieve includes: a sieve part; and a spatula which is freely rotatably placed on the sieve part. As the characteristic of the rotary sieve, the spatula has a slope reaching the sieve part, where the slope forms an acute angle with the sieve part toward the rotating direction, is driven and rotatably held from the outer periphery during the rotation of the spatula. The rotary sieve is equipped with an outer frame surrounding the outer periphery of the sieve part, and an operant for turning the spatula or an inner cylinder freely rotatably housed in the outer frame, and is designed to use the sieve part having a height or a depth.</p> |
