The invention relates to a floating hydroelectric plant (5) including a flotation member (6) and at least one turbomachine (8). The floating member includes at least two floats (16), including a submerged portion (37) and a non-submerged portion (38) that is attached to an upper reinforcement (32). Each float (16) has an airfoil-shaped horizontal cross-section (96). The turbomachine includes an electromechanical converter (10), attached to the upper reinforcement, and a turbine (14), suitable for driving the electromechanical converter. The turbine includes driving blades (18) located between both floats and suitable for rotating the turbine. Each blade includes a submerged portion (19), having a airfoil-shaped horizontal cross-section, and a non-submerged portion (20), attached to a non-submerged connecting member (22), preferably a perforated disk, connected to the electromechanical converter. |
