SEPARATION METHOD OF HAZARDOUS COMPONENT AND NON-HAZARDOUS COMPONENT FROM HIGHLY CONCENTRATED METAL SALTS IN RADIOACTIVE WASTE

The present invention relates to a method for effectively separating a non-hazardous component and a hazardous component that complexly exist in metal salts of radioactive waste. More specifically, the method including simple processes is capable of remarkably reducing the costs required for separation by simply and effectively separating a non-hazardous component and a hazardous component that are recyclable from metal salts of radioactive waste or aqueous solution including the metal salts. The method is able to: solve the problem of increasing the volume of aqueous solution which is conventionally caused when the hazardous component is separated from complex metal salts including metal salts having similar solubility or when content of metal salts to be separated is high; minimize an amount of waste by completely separating and collecting the hazardous component; and easily produce the separated hazardous component in a solid form by adding a cation or anion hazardous component removing agent in the solution. Also, the method can reduce the waste treatment costs and minimize the costs required for waste treatment by minimizing the radioactive waste and efficiently collecting useful materials to be recycled through simple processes.
