PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform detection of door closure while correcting positional deviation of a latch.SOLUTION: A drum type washing machine includes: an input port 1g where laundry is put in/taken out; a hinge 2c provided at one end opening edge part of the input port 1g; a latch receiving part 260 provided at the other end opening edge part of the input port 1g which is on the other side from the side on which the hinge 2c is provided with the input port 1g being sandwiched in-between; a door 2 for closing the input port 1g in an openable/closable manner via the hinge 2c; a latch 21 provided at the door 2 and locked to the latch receiving part 260; a door lock detection part 265 provided at the latch receiving part 260 and detecting that the latch 21 is locked; and positioning means provided in a position different from the latch receiving part 260 and correcting positional deviation of the latch 21 with respect to the latch receiving part 260. |
