PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for frozen food for steam cooking, having excellent heating and cooling efficiency, good handleability, and excellent mechanical strength when steam-heating and cooking the frozen food for the steam cooking.SOLUTION: There is provided a packaging bag for froze food, in which the lower end of a tubular resin film is sealed to form a storage part for the froze food for steam cooking between a sheet part on the front face side and a sheet part of on the rear face side facing to each other, and the upper end is made to be a sealable insertion port as use for insertion of a content. Side edge parts of both the sheet part on the front face side and the sheet part on the rear face side are set as nonporous regions, regions sandwiched by the nonporous regions are set as porous regions formed with a lot of vent holes, a ratio of the nonporous regions occupying in the whole outer surface area of the storage part is 50% or less, a diameter of the vent hole is 0.4-4.0 mm, and a density of the vent hole in the porous regions is 10,000-100,000 pcs/m. |
