摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide member presenting a low friction coefficient even under a non-lubrication condition in the ambient air, similar to a non-lubrication condition in nitrogen gas.SOLUTION: A slide member is coated on its base material with an amorphous carbon film containing nitrogen. The amorphous carbon film contains 14-30 atom% tantalum.
