Provided is a production method of a polymerizable liquid crystal composition which does not stain when applied as film on a substrate, and which has a good orientation without cissing. In addition, provided are a polymerizable liquid crystal composition obtained with the production method and an optical non isotropic body using the polymerizable liquid crystal composition. More specifically, the production method of a polymerizable liquid crystal composition is characterized by comprising: (I) a step of mixing at least one type of polymerizable compound having at least one polymerizable functional group, with at least one or two organic compounds, and of preparing a polymerizable solution by heating and stirring; (II) a step of mixing the polymerizable solution with a polymerization initiator. Also provided are a polymerizable liquid crystal composition obtained with the production method and an optical non isotropic body using the polymerizable liquid crystal composition. |
