<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for information leakage prevention comprising: a policy storage unit that is located between an intranet and internet and stores a security policy detection pattern and a critical value supplied from a control server; a data receiving unit for receiving a data packet transmitted from a user terminal in the intranet or a security equipment via a switching hub; a data inspection and prevention unit for determining whether the data packet is a normal packet, or an abnormal packet after comparing a content part in the data packet received by the data receiving unit with the security policy, and transmitting the data packet to the internet if it is a normal packet, and preventing transmission if it is an abnormal packet; and a history generation unit for receiving an inspection result for each data packet from the data inspection and prevention unit and generating an inspection result history about each packet.</p> |
