摘要 An apparatus and method for real time monitoring of sulfur hexafluoride gas are provided to measure and output the pressure, temperature, humidity, purity, and concentration of sulfur dioxide of the sulfur hexafluoride gas used for a gas insulation opening/closing device in real time, to make an alert responding to an increase in temperature, generation of sulfur dioxide, and high pressure generated by a malfunction of the insulation opening/closing device, and to detect the position of malfunction when a malfunction occurs in the insulation opening/closing device, by comprising: a sensor unit that detects the changes in the gas pressure inside the gas section of a gas insulation opening/closing device, temperature, humidity, purity of sulfur hexafluoride gas, concentration of sulfur dioxide, and gas pressure and outputs a sensor signal; a signal processing unit that receives the sensor signal, removes noise, amplifies, and outputs as a digital signal; and a control unit that responds to the digital signal, determines the malfunction of the gas insulation opening/closing device, makes a malfunction alert, and outputs the status of gas section.
