<p>The invention relates to a rolling-element bearing cage (1), comprising a first side ring (2) and a second side ring (3), which are arranged about an axis (a), wherein a number of webs (4) extends between the first side ring (2) and the second side ring (3), such that a number of accommodating pockets (5) for rolling elements that corresponds to the number of webs (4) is formed, wherein each side ring (2, 3) has a radial extent (T) and wherein a circumferential extent (U) is present between two adjacent webs (4), such that each side ring (2, 3) has a projection face (A) facing the accommodating pocket (5) between two adjacent webs (4) as viewed in the axial direction (a) and wherein each side ring (2, 3) has a running face (6, 7) for a rolling element on the side of the side ring facing the accommodating pocket (5).
