<p>The present invention relates to an anti-static, water-soluble epoxy coating agent and to a method for anti-static coating. Specifically, the anti-static, water-soluble epoxy coating agent consists of a water-soluble epoxy and a water-soluble hardener, and can be used to form top-coating films. The anti-static coating method comprises applying the anti-static, water-soluble epoxy coating agent comprised of a water-soluble epoxy and a water-soluble hardener as a top-coating film. The water-soluble coating agent of the present invention consists of a main agent (water-soluble epoxy emulsion resin) and a hardener, wherein the hardener comprises water, water-soluble modified aliphatic polyamines, a mixture of tin oxide and titanium dioxide, conducive polymers, surfactants, anti-freezing agents, heavy metal-free coloring pigment mixtures, fillers with 1 to 2μm of the average particle size and 10 to 15 wt% of oil absorption, dispersing agents, antifoaming agents and leveling agents. And a main agent to a hardener has a weight ratio of 1:0.8 to 1:1.2.</p> |
