<p>The present invention relates to a microparticle salicylic acid formulation using an eco-friendly supercritical fluid process and a cosmetic product and a quasi-drug composition for acne skin including the process. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of ultrafine particles of microparticle salicylic acid using the supercritical fluid process, comprising the steps of generating salicylic acid particles by spraying a mixture solution made by which salicylic acid is dissolved in an organic solvent to supercritical fluid to be contacted; and removing the organic solvent used in the mixture solution by introducing the supercritical fluid to the particle, and application of a cosmetic product and a quasi-drug composition for acne skin containing the same wherein the manufacturing method is allowed to change the crystallization of drug by changing manipulation conditions like temperatures and pressure or the flux of salicylic acid, solutions of the organic solvent and supercritical carbon dioxide in a supercritical fluid process, thereby being used for manufacturing salicylic acid formulation whose effects for skin will be increased by which particle size of drug is turned into microparticles and accordingly leads to an increased area.</p> |
