The present invention relates to a high-tension magnetic bolt assembly which prevents a bolt from being loosen in order to form a more stable mechanical coupling. The high-tension magnet bolt assembly comprises: a bolt having a male screw formed on one end and a head unit on the other end having a magnet on a portion of the head unit; and a nut having a female screw where the male screw is fastened.
