<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small quick charger which efficiently radiates heat from multiple charging units housed in a housing. <P>SOLUTION: A quick charger 1A according to this invention includes: a box shaped housing extending in a vertical direction; four shelf boards 17a to 17b dividing a space in the housing into five space layers; an intake port 6 opened at the housing so as to communicate with an undermost layer space 18; an exhaust port 7 opened at the housing so as to communicate with a top layer space 20; at least one duct 21 which penetrates the shelf boards 17a to 17d, extends in the vertical direction, and allows the undermost layer space 18 to communicate with the top layer space 20; charging units 10 (10a-1, 2, 10b-1, 2, 10c-1, 2) fixed to an area around the duct 21 at middle layer spaces 19a to 19c; and an exhaust fan 30 provided at the exhaust port 7.
