<p>Disclosed are: an organic photoelectric conversion element containing a fullerene derivative, which can provide a high fill factor for the purpose of achieving high photoelectric conversion efficiency using a low-band-gap polymer; a solar cell; and an optical sensor array. The organic photoelectric conversion element is characterized by comprising a counter electrode, a transparent electrode, and an organic layer which is formed between the counter electrode and the transparent electrode and contains a compound represented by general formula (1) and having a molecular weight of 5000 or less.
