<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator circuit in which power consumption may be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A regulator circuit comprises: a Pch pass transistor 90; a voltage-dividing circuit 80 connected between an output terminal 92 and a ground terminal 93 for dividing an output voltage output from the output terminal 92; a band gap reference circuit operated at an operation voltage based on a power voltage on a power terminal 91 and a fixed potential Vcommon for outputting a band gap reference voltage; an error amplifier 60 that is operated at an operation voltage based on the fixed potential and a ground potential on the ground terminal 93, has an input port connected to an output port of the voltage-dividing circuit 80 and has an output port connected to a control terminal of the Pch pass transistor; and a buffer circuit 40 that is operated at an operation voltage based on the fixed potential and the ground potential, receives the band gap reference voltage as an input and has an output port connected to the input port of the error amplifier 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
