<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container securing food preservability by increasing an oxygen barrier property, and securing heat resistance and high transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-layer container is manufactured through a primary stretch heat-setting process of heating a multi-layer sheet comprising an A-PET (Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate) layer/a functional resin layer/a sealant layer, uniaxial primary stretching the multi-layer sheet and primary heat setting the primary stretched multi-layer sheet 7; and a secondary stretch heat-setting process of heat molding the primary stretched multi-layer sheet 7 manufactured in the primary stretch heat-setting process with molds 13, 14 of a heat molding machine, secondary stretching the primary stretched multi-layer sheet 7 by molding, and secondary heat setting it in the same molds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
