<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system which adds no constraint to the room layout of a building, requiring no dedicated fan for preventing heat accumulation of a storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: A floor part 1a of an above-floor space 5 of a building 1A is provided with an air supply port 2 communicating with an under-floor space 4 having an insulating structure surrounded by the floor part 1a, a foundation base concrete 1b, and a foundation sidewall concrete 1c to which a foundation insulation material 12 is attached.
