A pressure-sensing device (1) for use in an underground well (2) is described, characterized by the pressure-sensing device (1) including : - a pressure sensor (13, 13') arranged at least to sense whether a pressure in the well (2) is below or above a given limit value; and - a signal generator (15, 15') arranged to generate an acoustic signal in a well body (12) in the well (2) in response to a sensed pressure from the pressure sensor (13, 13') exceeding said limit value. A method of measuring pressure in an underground well (2) and, finally, a use of a pressure-sensing device (1) to monitor the pressure between two spaced-apart barrier elements (23, 25) in an underground well (2) are described as well. |
