<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a RFID capable of performing time management. <P>SOLUTION: This specification provides a RFID with an IC timer. A RFID performs non-contact communication with the exterior. Meanwhile, an IC timer is connected to the RFID, and the RFID performs time measurement according to received time information and generates an output signal when reaching predetermined time.
