<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table driving device for a processing machine capable of switching between high-speed low-torque drive and low-speed high-torque drive without generating shock or loss of time. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 21 for driving an upper table 13 is provided. Each phase coil of the motor 21 comprises a series connection circuit of a high-speed rotation coil and a high-torque coil. Further, provided are a high-speed rotation selection circuit 62 switching between short circuit and open circuit of connection points between the high-speed rotation coils and the high-torque rotation coils of the respective phases, and a high-torque selection circuit 63 switching between short circuit and open circuit between end points of the high-torque rotation coils of the respective phases. The control is performed so that the high-speed rotation selection circuit 62 is short-circuited at high-speed drive of the upper table 13, and the high torque selection circuit 63 is short-circuited, and the high-speed rotation selection circuit 62 is open-circuited at high-torque drive of the upper table 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
