PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the degree of contribution to an advertising effect in information acquired from the outside while maintaining the operation of targeting distribution.SOLUTION: An information providing device has a calculation unit. The calculation unit uses the quantity of each providing device in user information acquired through providing devices and an advertising effect based on the user information to calculate the degree of contribution to the advertising effect of each providing device.
