<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor unit that prevents a rise in temperature of components of a controller. <P>SOLUTION: An electric motor 3 and a controller 4 that controls the electric motor 3 are housed in a motor housing 6. The electric motor 3 includes: a stator 27 that is fixedly provided in the motor housing 6; and a rotor 23 that is arranged on an inner side of the stator 27.
