<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a predistorter without the need of interpolating a distortion compensation value between the addresses of a lookup table. <P>SOLUTION: The predistorter related to this invention calculates a new lookup table in which the relation of input signals and output signals becomes linear, and by the weighted average of a present lookup table and the new lookup table, updates the present lookup table. Since the lookup table is updated so that the relation of the input signals and the output signals becomes linear, the interpolation of table values between the addresses is not required. Even when the lookup table before updating is influenced by a discontinuous point, long-term deterioration or external noise or the like, the influence of the discontinuous point, the long-term deterioration or the external noise or the like does not remain much in the lookup table after updating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
