<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route searching apparatus for reducing the number of re-searches of a guidance route. <P>SOLUTION: An obtaining part 106 obtains position information of the current position of a moving body. When a route determination part 107 has determined that the current position of the moving body lies outside a guidance route, a searching part 109 re-searches a new guidance route.
