<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for exactly detecting failure in a shield member while attaining size reduction because a difference in a receiving level depending upon the presence/absence of the shield member can be increased even if the number of antennas is one. <P>SOLUTION: A transmit/receive antenna AT is disposed within a fixed distance in which resonance frequencies are made different depending upon presence/absence of a copper tape 13 on a CV cable 10. An oscillator circuit 21 outputs a traveling wave moving toward the transmit/receive antenna AT oscillating at resonance frequencies of the transmit/receive antenna AT under the presence of the copper tape 13. A detection circuit 241 detects a reflected wave returned to the oscillator circuit 21 from the transmit/receive antenna AT. A discrimination circuit 242 discriminates a shift of the copper tape 13 from a reception level of the reflected wave detected by the detection circuit 241. An alarm circuit 243 issue an alarm when a shift of the copper tape 13 is discriminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
