<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing organic-inorganic composite particles having an average particle diameter of a sub-micron size (≤1μm) and capable of suppressing formation of coarse particles having a particle diameter exceeding 1μm. <P>SOLUTION: The organic-inorganic composite particles are produced by adding an organosilane compound having a radically polymerizable double bond and a hydrolyzable group and/or condensable group to an aqueous solvent added with a surfactant and/or a polymer dispersant, and performing hydrolytic condensation reaction of the organosilane compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
