<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of changing a resin and changing a color without interrupting a continuous production operation of an injection molding machine. <P>SOLUTION: After the resin or the color is changed and a prescribed quantity of the resin is molded in the continuous production operation, a screw is continuously rotated in a state where the screw forward movement and the screw backward movement of a molten resin in a screw advanced position are obstructed. Next, the obstruction of the screw backward movement is canceled and the prescribed quantity of the molten resin is measured and filled in a mold cavity under the same injection condition as that in the continuous production operation and after a resin change and a color change operation mode of taking out the molded article from the mold are repeated prescribed preset times, the injection molding is switched to the continuous production operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
