摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production yield and strength of a sintered ore in an upper layer part, without impairing air permeability of the whole packed bed. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a sintered ore includes a step of charging an iron ore that is obtained through an evaluation test of melt permeability for each description of iron ores, whose melt penetration distance into iron ore powder is at least 4.0 mm, and whose grain having 1 mm or more grain size is crushed into pieces having 10 mass% or less, along with other iron ores, an auxiliary material, a solid fuel, and a sintering raw material that has been returned, mixed and granulated, into a range of 5-50% at the layer thickness ratio of an upper part of a raw material packed bed formed in a sintering pallet to the whole of the layer thicknesses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
