The system has an electrical line (1) connected to power supply units e.g. vehicle theft security system, and a power storage battery (2), and an electrical line (3) connected to a starter, an alternator, the power supply units and the battery through a contact (K2). An electrical line (5) is connected to a logic controller and the battery through a tripping contact (K1).
