<p>This present invention relates to a flame-resistant silicon sealant composite for one component neutron hardening and a manufacturing method thereof. This present invention has a superior adhesiveness for general industry or vessels material. It is used for flame-resistant sealing of metal and electric components, and also used for sealing a joint part required for blocking air or moisture or filling substructure of a vessel panel and sealing a pipe penetrating part. The purpose of the present invention, for providing the flame-resistant silicon sealant composite for one component neutron hardening with improved thixotropic and adhesiveness, is to solve hardening related problem and waterproof problems which cause in an existing putty type product and a breaking phenomenon from a partition due to vibration by using the flame-resistant silicon sealant composite for one component neutron hardening of the present invention. According to this invention, the composite has superior adhesiveness without a primer and is harmlessness to human body. Otherwise, water proofing, optical safety, thermostability, weatherproof, durability, adhesiveness, flame resistance, usability, and tensile strength are improved.</p> |
