<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which is advantageous in carrying out water vaporization in an evaporator, for heating the evaporator by receiving exhaust heat of exhaust gas generated in the power generation operation and receiving reaction heat of a purifying catalyst of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system has an evaporator 5, which evaporates reforming water and generates steam; a reformer 4, which reforms fuel raw material by steam generated in the evaporator 5 and produces an anode gas; and an exhaust gas passage 6, which discharges the exhaust gas generated accompanied with power generation operation of the fuel cell. An evaporation chamber 50 of the evaporator 5 is installed, capable of heat exchanging with the exhaust gas flowing in the passage portion 64, making a part of the exhaust gas passage 6 and generates steam by being heated by the exhaust gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
