<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition for endoscope-cleansing machines, high in foam-inhibiting property at low temperature and excellent in high temperature stability. <P>SOLUTION: The cleanser composition for the endoscope-cleansing machines contains (A) a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl ether, (B) a 6 to 10C fatty acid or a salt thereof, (C) a compound represented by the following general formula (C1), and (D) an enzyme.
